SULU PROVINCIAL GOV’T WOMEN’S ORG CELEBRATES NATIONAL WOMEN’s MONTH

March 15, 2019, Provincial Capitol – The Sulu Provincial Government (SPG) PARMANISAN WOMEN ORGANIZATION in cooperation with the Sulu Provincial Women Council (SPWC), celebrates National Women’s Month via the conduct of a health Assessment of SPG EMPLOYEES (Blood Pressure and Sugar LEVEL Monitoring, Weight Assessment) plus provision of medicines for minor ailments.

.A Symposium was conducted on the subject of Women’s Right under Muslim Personal Laws – PD 1083 with REMEE RAIDA S. TANJILI, Presiding Judge 6th SCC Luuk and Acting Judge 1st SCC Jolo as Resource Speaker, and Small Micro Enterprise with SHARIEF AL-ROHMANIE T. HASSAN, City Boutique Business Owner, Ardeur Marketing giving the talk.

With the theme : “Think Equal, Build Smart, Innovate for Change “, The Symposium aims to inform and equip participants towards understanding legal jurisprudence that are provided for by Law in the PROTECTION of their rights and available opportunities for Financial and economic growth, that would lead to empowerment and independence.

PARMANISAN Women Organization is Spearheaded by Nadjia Pescadera-President, and the PARMANISAN BOARD OF DIRECTORS, and supported by SULU Vice Governor NURUNISAH A. TAN, Founder, and former PRESIDENT of SPWC and current Vice PRESIDENT.
